IMG - Windows in INVISION Elite operate in the standard GEM fashion with a few added enhancements. - The left of the move bar displays the co-ordinates of the mouse position. Moving the mouse in the window with the right mouse button held moves the image inside the window. Windows can be accessed by selecting them from the Window menu in the menu bar. Pressing the "0" key on the numeric keypad will cycle through the windows. THE MENU BAR! 7% File Window Settings The menu bar is the normal GEM standard. Most of the functions found in the menus can be accessed through the icon bar. The exception to this is the Settings menu Keyboard equivalents are displayed at the right of the menu entries. THE INFO LINE: Pattern CPG162 T O X A Snap Set Lock Mask Welcome to INVISION Elite This line shows the state of some of the most commonly used settings. It also allows you to Change the settings. The right hand side of the info line gives messages regarding the current function, or if the mouse is over the icon bar, it tells you what the icon under the mouse is. The info line may be moved by dragging the move box at the left. THE ICON BAR! - At the top of the icon bar is the move box and the color setting, Dragging the move box moves the icon bar. Clicking the color setting switches colors. The column of icons works in a manner simular to the menu bar, with a few differences, A click is required to "open" a menu, which appears to the right, and the pattern and brush icons work a little differently, (see below) .......... - Note that the function of each icon is printed in the info line at the top right as the mouse pointer moves over each icon. - The pattern and brush icons show the current pattern and brush. Clicking the mouse on these brings up a settings dialog box. Clicking and holding the button while moving the mouse up and down will cycle through the available patterns or brushes. THE FONT ICON: - This icons shows that there is a font loaded. Clicking it will open a window showing the font, and where you may edit the font like a normal - The font icon can also be moved by dragging picture. it with the mouse. - If the font is in a window and you want to return it to an icon, simply press the close button on the window.
